Five USC Students Receive Scholarships to Study Abroad

Three students have been awarded the Carolina Global Study Scholarship (CGSS), a financial award of $1000, and two have received the Knight Award, worth $2000, to be used to help fund a semester, academic year, or semester equivalent summer study abroad experience.

English Major Receives Scholarships for Study & Internship in Bhutan

Ruthanne Wenger, a senior USC English major in the Honors College, has spent her Spring 2015 semester studying abroad at the Royal Thimpu College in Thimpu, Bhutan on a direct enroll program through Academic Programs International (API), a USC Global Partner Program, thanks in part to being awarded the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship and Carolina Global Scholarship, as well as an Global Partner Affiliate Scholarship.
